All Things Baby ~ Shoulder Stroller (review) Giveaway Closed

Any parent or baby caregiver knows how awkward and heavy baby car seats can be. Carrying my son in his car seat was probably my least favorite thing to do as I had to be very careful.

While I was pregnant with my son, I developed sciatica and had to go into physical therapy to help my body get stronger as to relieve the pressure from my sciatic nerve. I was told then that the problem was not “cured” and would return if I did not take care to keep myself strong and lift things properly. Obviously, leaning to one side while carrying a baby in a car seat is not the smartest thing for me to do.

During this pregnancy, I’m conscious about my movements and lifting but have already pinched my sciatic nerve. This is a reminder of the care I have to take to avoid further strain.
