April Showers ~ Nelle & Lizzy Review (giveaway closed)

This year I have many things to celebrate. However, I celebrate few things as much as I celebrate my kiddos.  Just hearing their names brings a smile to my heart. So, as you can imagine, wearing their names makes me glimmer with pride. Yes, I am a proud mama.


That said, I am not one for some of the "cute" jewelry designs that exist for moms. Thankfully, neither were Nelle & Lizzy and that's exactly how their rings were born. They make jewelry that is purposeful yet simple and understated.

For this event, I was sent a double ring with the names Alexander and Eliana stamped on. As I opened the box to look at the ring, my heart just melted. I loved everything about it.

Absolutely stunning. The two names intertwined is the perfect way to wear them as they both have equal parts of my heart. I wear it next to my wedding band. My left hand, that is closest to my heart, wears the rings that represent the 3 (for now) loves in my life.

Let me point out a few of my favorite things about this ring. At first I thought it would be uncomfortable to wear a ring like this but it's really no different than wearing a single ring. It's not in any way uncomfortable. (The two rings move separate from each other but are intertwined together.) Also, the ring is stamped sterling silver...not engraved. (Yes, there is a difference.) The stamped letters are set deeper into the silver so you can really see the names.

This is the perfect way to celebrate the special ones in your life. Whether you want to make a ring for a newly married gal (with her name and his), a friendship ring, or a ring for a proud mom or grandma, these will  definitely touch the hearts of those who receive them.
