My question for today is:When you feel like you have ZERO time to add one more thing to your list, how do you squeeze in a moment or two for yourself?
If I have a full day, I take 5 or 10 minutes here and there to sit down to relax.
I enjoy my meal times by sitting down to eat and give myself "wind-down" time at the end of the day.
