Here's my question for the week:

I've had a couple days of feeling moody and emotional {thanks, pregnancy} and it got me to wondering. What do you do to shake the moody blues?

My answer:

I'm usually driven to comfort food but I'm trying to avoid that as much as possible.  Otherwise, I try to give myself plenty of "sit down and breathe" time so I can let the wave of emotion pass.
