Have An American Girl Birthday Party! {Giveaway}

american girl

There’s something new available from American Girl and Michael’s Stores {and select JoAnn's Fabrics and Crafts stores} that you‘ll probably be interested in if you have a little girl in your life. American Girl now has a line of items to give anyone an American Girl themed birthday party! Personally, I think these items are too cute for words and I hope Eliana wants a party like this when she’s a bit older.

The fun thing about this line is that it inspires a great time of creativity and crafts for the little girls who come to the party. The dolls in attendance are appreciated as well! {They can even receive their own invitation. How cute is that?} From decorations, to party favors, to craft activities, everything has been thought of to make a girl's birthday party complete.

Honestly, I wish this would have been around back when I was obsessed with my Kirsten doll and my sister her Samantha. We would have had a blast with a birthday party like this.

Here are more details on the new line taken from a press release I received via American Girl.

Craft, create and celebrate with the new collection of party supplies from American Girl Crafts®! It’s easy to let girls show their style — whether for a birthday, sleepover or other special get-together — with this line of party supplies designed especially for girls ages 8 to 12.
Girls add their own creative touches to all kinds of party goodies—including invitations,
décor, party favors and thank-you notes. With pretty table settings, American Girl
Crafts makes it easy to decorate in style. And guests will have lots to do with all-in-one
party projects that make it easy to complete premium crafts that they can take home!
Start with invitations that come complete with fancy address labels and seals. Decorate
with bright, craftable paper danglers and pennant garlands to put everyone in a party
mood. Set the table with a pretty cupcake stand and 12 full table settings, right down to
the napkin rings and place cards.
At the party, have fun crafting oodles of party projects with guests. You can personalize
all kinds of creations, from treasure boxes and color-in frames to handmade jewelry, tote
bags and hair accessories. Each project kit includes supplies for up to four guests, easy-
to-follow instructions and styling ideas, plus a sheet of cute name stickers to label each
girl’s supplies.
Every girl loves party favors, and American Girl Crafts offers favors that let girls
express their creativity: stickers, rub-ons, mini notepads, nail decals, window clings and
more. Goodies go home in colorful favor bags or purse-shaped favor boxes, embellished
with fanciful pop-out decorations. Each favor kit has supplies for four girls. After the
party, send thank-you notes that come with pretty stickers and address labels.
The best thing about the American Girl Crafts party line is that American Girl® dolls can
join in the fun! Even the tiniest guests get to celebrate in style with their own doll-sized
invitations, place settings and cupcake decorations, as well as mini favor boxes and tiaras.
The party collection is now available at Michaels and select Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft
Stores. Items retail between $2.99 and $29.99.
