I Shared A #PeetsCoffee Switch Experience! #Cbias {review}

Yes, it's true. I finally was able to get my hands on the new, Medium Roast blends from Peet's Coffee. I'm sure you remember me talking about Peet's Coffee before.

Just for fun, I was looking for a creative way to share this new coffee with someone else. I kept my ears perked for an opportunity...a simple request for coffee...and took the first chance I had to share some.

Last week, after a long work day, the hubster and I had to pack the kiddos up in the van and take them to a charity event that my son's preschool class was participating in. I saw the look in my husband's eyes when he said "I think I may just need another cup of coffee to get through this night".

"Say no more, hun. I'm on it!" was my reply as I headed straight to my new coffee.

I grabbed a travel mug and made him a large coffee "to go" by brewing the new Cafe' Solano blend from Peet's Coffee in my Keurig brewing system. I added to it a bit of pumpkin spice creamer and let him know it was ready to go.

The hubster sipped on his coffee on the way to the event and I made sure it made it inside the school building once we got there too. {He really needed this coffee. He was so tired, the poor guy.} Throughout the night, he thanked me for making him coffee and told me he was feeling better. He really liked the flavor of the coffee {I do too!} and I'm willing to bet he's glad he didn't have to grab a Styrofoam cup of whatever non-coffee, coffee they were serving up at the school. ;)

Once again, I can't really compare the flavor of this coffee to the regular blend we normally enjoy. We buy a great big canister of ground coffee. Although it is a name brand coffee, it's definitely not a specialty blend and it's certainly not anything that could even hold a candle to Peet's Coffee.
