My Question  Is (2 part question today):

Have you ever potty trained a toddler? Have any pointers to share?

We'll be taking our week (after Monday) to work with Alex on using the potty. I won't be "around" here much but I'll try my best to post my progress during the week for anyone who's interested. :)
