When it’s time to introduce a baby to table foods, there is nothing healthier or more beneficial than making their food fresh at home. This is something I did for Alex after taking advice from friends and searching the internet for recipes and charts that would tell me what he was ready to eat according to his growth and development.
With another baby on the way, I will be making her baby food at home as well. The only downside is that I would need to look up websites again and go back to my friends for advice on how to go about making food for another baby.
