Infantino Fold & Go Bouncer (review)

Infantino just released this Fold and Go Bouncer and I want to tell you all about it.

Eliana and I were eager to check it out and learn what sets it apart from other bouncers on the market. (Alright, Alex was pretty excited too but I didn't let him stay in the seat very long since he weighs more than the limit of 25 pounds. LOL)

The first thing I noted was the soft, gender neutral fabric. It almost felt like Egyptian Cotton for babies. As I looked closer, I liked the adjustable headrest that simply uses Velcro to attach it to 2 different heights. Also, the removable and adjustable toy bar is nice. The toys themselves can be taken off as well which makes it nice for spot cleaning.

The Fold and Go Bouncer is Soothing

This bouncer has more than your standard "vibrate" mode. It also has songs for playtime, nature sounds for rest time, and even the sound of a heartbeat.

I have to be honest with you, the heartbeat actually brought a tear to my eyes. (I'm a softy, yes.) To me, that just shows that personal touch where a baby can hear something that sounds familiar and be calmed by it. It also reminded me that something so simple can be the most beautiful "lullaby" for my little girl to hear. I was impressed that Infantino thought to include this.

These are the 4 options on the Fold and Go Bouncer. The center button, as shown in my personal photo above, is for power.

The Fold and Go Bouncer is Fun

Eliana has thoroughly enjoyed playing in her seat. She especially enjoys the mirror that is on one side of the adorable elaphant toy. This seat helps her sit up enough to play comfortably. It's like a baby recliner, really.

Since it's important to give Eliana a lot of tummy time during her day, I like that she can take the toys with her to her Play Space if she doesn't want to leave them behind.

Yes, she's checking herself out in the mirror...again

She's peaceful as a dove.

This is a sight everyone can appreciate. Does it get any better than this? ;)

The Fold and Go Bouncer is Easy to Assemble and Fold

I'm rarely a fan of things I have to assemble. I always fear that I'll do it wrong, break something, or need an extra pair of hands. Thankfully, I had no problems assembling the Fold and Go Bouncer. There are a few pieces to attach that go on with no problem and a cover. It's easy as pie. Well, for me it was anyway.

This seat is also very easy to fold up. There's a safety lock in place so I don't need to worry about it while Eliana's in there, but it unlocks very easily and folds right up. I couldn't believe it. Every other bouncer I owned took up a ton of floor space and sat there just waiting to be used. This one stays out of my way until I need it and I love that. BUY IT: You can purchase your Fold and Go Bouncer from Step2.com for around $59.99
