Victoria's Secret Beauty Has Your Fragrance For The Summer {review}

Victoria's Secret Beauty has a lot of different things for the spring and summer. There are new fragrances, self tanning products, and even makeup to choose from. For this review, I was sent a lot of samples. I'm going to highlight each of them with their descriptions and then tell you which I choose as my favorites for the season.

First are the Victoria's Secret Beauty BeachSexy products.  For those who tan, there's an after sun Tan Enhance Shimmer Lotion With Tint. It smells a little like coconut oil and is the perfect way to treat your skin after being out in the sun while adding some shimmer to your skin and a little hint of a tint. I even tried this product on my own {very pale} skin and was impressed with the copper tone it left without making me orange.

There's also BeachSexy Custom Tan. With this product, anyone can easily choose their ideal shade by simply clicking the top around to their choice tone. {Yes, the top does have a lock on it so little hands can't get into it and it won't make a mess when being stored or packed.} This is something perfect for me so I can quickly and easily get a little color before heading out for the day. 

 Four new fragrances are available in the body care collection VS Attractions from Victoria's Secret Beauty. They are "Sweet Craving", "Wild One", "Glam Goddess", and "Love Bitten". Here's a description of each scent {available in Fragrance mist, Indulgent Body Cream, Nourishing Body Lotion, and Daily Body Wash}.


Sweet Craving – Warm Vanilla and Praline
Wild One – Midnight Raspberry and Lily
Glam Goddess – Sensual Musk and Freesia
Love Bitten – Forbidden Apple and Sultry Woods

Each of these is delightful but I would encourage you to take a trip to Victoria's Secret and try these out for yourself. Each scent reacts differently to an individual's body chemistry. So, what I choose as my own pick {shared at the end of this post} may be the exact opposite of what you should choose for yourself. I will say, of the product choices available, I find the Indulgent Body Cream to be soooo lovely and refreshing.  It leaves my skin soft and healthy.

The summer fragrance collection from Victoria's Secret Beauty has something for everyone.  These scents are all stunning in their own way and I enjoy that I can wear something suitable for the daytime or nighttime. 

Victoria's Secret Bombshell Summer is described as "A glamorous escape with sparkling, sunkissed
citrus and bright florals. Juicy Grapefruit, Black Currant and Lily of the Valley." This really is a delicate and gorgeous scent that makes me feel like I just took a stroll through a garden. It's so simply sweet.

Very Sexy is a fragrance I enjoy in its original mix but I love the Very Sexy Summer scent as well. It's described as being "A sultry escape with vibrant, juicy fruits and seductive woods. Forbidden Apple, White Freesia and Creamy Sandalwood".

Dream Angel is another "go-to" for me when I'm in the mood for something softer. For the season, you can buy Dream Angel Heavenly Summer that Victoria's Secret calls "A romantic escape with sheer, fresh blossoms and tropical fruits. Bright Peony, Coconut Water and Soft Woods".

Sexy Little Things NOIR is a fragrance I told you about this past winter and the Summer blend of this fragrance is no less fantastic. Victoria's Secret Beauty created it to be "An enchanting escape with lush, flirty florals and sheer musk. Pink Guava, Mediterranean Jasmine and Musk". It really is divine.

And finally, there is a new scent called Incredible that I'm sure anyone would love. It's bold and feminine at the same time. Victoria's Secret Beauty describes is as "A fragrance that would make a woman feel her hottest, her sexiest, her absolute INCREDIBLE best. Our goal: a sexy ego boost in every spritz". Now, I don't know about you, but after being covered in diaper cream, cracker crumbs, and Cheerios everyday, I can use a perfume like this to make me feel like a woman in the midst of motherhood.

All fragrances are sold as a perfume, a body spray, and a body lotion. When you find your favorite scent, you can wear it proudly in whatever way you like best.

So, here are my pics for the summer.

• BeachSexy Self Tan is just what I need to create a custom, sun-kissed look that doesn't come off as "too much" or "so fake". I love this product {and the fact that I can lock the top so Eliana doesn't really get to be just like mommy.}
• From VS Attractions, the fragrance Glam Goddess is hands down my favorite of the 4. I love a little bit of musk but this is also airy and sweet. SO great.
• Of the Summer Fragrance choices, I prefer Victoria's Secret Bombshell Summer. It's perfect for the warm weather {that I just know is on the way} and makes me feel very feminine with its fresh scent.
