We're Ready For Phineas and Ferb The Movie! {review}

Little Alex is a big fan of Phineas and Ferb, a hit show on The Disney Channel. I find it too cute to see the way he laughs at the most ridiculous things on the show. Well, that and the fact that he walks around singing the introduction song all the time.

On Friday, August 5 {at 8pm ET/PT} and Saturday, August 13 {at 10am ET/PT}, The Disney Channel will premier and orignal movie called "Phineas and Ferb: Across the 2nd Dimension". Here's the synopsis:

"When the boys finally discover that Perry the Platypus is in fact a secret agent who battles the forces of evil daily, they join him on a grand adventure that blasts them to another dimension where Dr. Doofenshmirtz has taken over an alternate Tri-state Area. When they uncover his ploy to travel back to their dimension to take over their Tri-State Area, the gan, as well as their alter-egos, must band together to stop him."
 To me, this sounds like it's packed with lots of action and silliness...just the way Alex likes his movies. {Follow the link for more details: DisneyChannel.com/2D

To celebrate the new movie, we were sent a Phineas and Ferb fun pack. Alex was so excited he could hardly wait to open it up.

Here's what our fun pack included:

  • 2 T-shirts
  • A talking Phineas doll
  • Kraft Macaroni and Cheese with Phineas and Ferb shaped noodles
  • Phineas and Ferb BAND-AID pack
  • Phineas and Ferb soundtrack
  • Phineas and Ferb DVD
  • Phineas and Ferb themed notebook
  • A sports water bottle
  • A mouse pad
  • and A Phineas and Ferb magazine
Of all the things in the pack, Alex mostly enjoys the DVD, CD, and magazine. No surprises there. He loves books, likes "cool" music in the car, and enjoys watching his favorite shows at his leisure. {He is only allotted a certain amount of time to watch his shows each day.}

We're all "swagged out" and excited to watch Phineas and Ferb The Movie!

Wait. Did I say "we"? I meant Alex. *ahem*

Let's just roll the disclosure. :)
