Happy April! It's time to celebrate the newness of Spring with some new items from Hasbro. If you've been here for a little bit, you know how much I love Hasbro's selection of items for my toddler son and now baby girl. This season is no exception.
For review, I received something for each of my little ones as well as 2 items to offer you as a giveaway prize.
Alex (and the hubster) received a Nerf Super Soaker Rattler Water Blaster that is a new model for this Spring.
I can't even begin to tell you how excited Alex was to see this arrive at our home. He couldn't stop saying "Oh, wow! This is for ME mommy!" over and over again. I explained that it was, in fact, for him but that his dad would need to help him play with it once it was filled with water. Unfortunately, our weather has not been warm enough to take this water gun outside for some play time. I can guarantee, however, that it will get plenty of use once it warms up here.
Not only does this water gun look cool, but it also packs a lot of muscle too. With it's pump action sprayer, it can shoot water for up to a distance of 25 feet. Compared to the days of when I used to chase my siblings around with a water gun, 25 feet is an amazing distance. I remember when anything that shot further than 5 feet was considered "top of the line". (lol) Yes, I'm sure this Super Soaker is going to be a huge hit this spring and summer.
BUY IT: This Super Soaker retails for around $14.99 (also available in blue)
Eliana has been thoroughly enjoying her Gloworld Soft Clutch Rattle.
She seems to really enjoy grasping the rattle in her hand and even gives it a shake from time to time. The rattle has little bells inside that gently "sing" as she plays. The Gloworm character has a very sweet face as well as patterns and colors for Eliana to look at. I know she doesn't really understand what she's playing with but she does understand a kind face. She loves to smile and coo at her Gloworm rattle.
The rattle is also soft and is also washable. I tend to prefer toys I can wash over those which can't take even a gentle washing without showing wear or falling apart.
BUY IT: You can purchase your little one a Gloworld Soft Clutch Rattle for around only $7.99
Once again, I'm thrilled with our items from Hasbro and I'm even more excited to be introducing Eliana to the nice items Hasbro makes for her as she grows and learns new things.
