I remember when we first started introducing the idea of using the potty to Alex. He wanted to take his time with his learning process and I was tired of taking off and putting on diapers. I decided to try Pull-Ups for a bit with him as to give him some independence while he experimented and I'm so happy I did.
Now, Eliana is curious about using her own potty seat and I knew right away that we would find both the seat and the Disney character themed Pull-Ups for her at Target. So far, she's just sitting when she feels like it. Soon, though, I'll be in full-fledged potty training mode and using Pull-Ups until she's consistent enough to move to underwear.
What I like about Pull-Ups most is the ease of use for both my kiddos and myself. I find them easier to put on and take off than diapers and my little ones can actually pull them up on their own. The only issues I've had with leaking were when I didn't put them on right {i.e. crooked or not covering their bottom all the way} so I have no problem taking full responsibility for that. This is a wonderful product and makes it easy for me to transition my kiddos from diapers to underwear.
And now, Pull-Ups offer support in a whole new way. By visiting Big Kid Calls, {or http://bigkids.mobi on a cell phone} I can schedule a call just for Eliana to offer her encouragement. Users can choose from either Lightning McQueen or Cinderella and pick the appropriate message by listening to it on the website and then scheduling the call. It's absolutely free to use and is a really fun incentive. Since Eliana loves to pretend she's chatting on the phone, I know she's going to be thrilled to hear Cinderella calling her soon.
