Legally Blonde

No, I'm not talking about the play or the movie.
I'm talking about me.
Last night I had a "stupid" moment when I felt like another Jessica Simpson.
Mike was reading our little devotional for the day when I heard him say...
"Everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, Paul Penn."
I instantly cut him off and said "o.k. Who is Paul Penn and why did you just say that?"
Then I got the look. The "are you kidding...oh, you're serious" look. Mike started laughing and told me that the book said "Paul penned" not "Paul Penn".
I've concluded that either I'm really dumb or he was mumbling. And since I felt like an idiot, it's easier for me to say it's HIS falt.
Moments like this keep me humble. I guess it's not so bad to be dumb once in a while.
