Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday.
In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response. If you’d like to participate, just post your own question on your blog and leave your link below. Don’t forget to visit the other participants! It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends!
What do you want for Christmas?
My Answer: Nintendo DS and a couple fun games.
My Question:
What is your favorite Christmas cookie to make?
(I'm all about sugar cookies)
(I'm all about sugar cookies)

I like making the cutout cookies with frosting!
ReplyDeleteI love peanut butter cookies with Hershey's Kisses in the center. I don't make them, though, because I would eat WAY too many!!
ReplyDeleteI like any kind other people make for me!
ReplyDeleteMy friend used to make Bon Bon Cookies for Christmas. I got the recipe from her mother and make them all the time for gifts including Chanukah.
ReplyDeletePeanut Butter cookies - my grandmother puts peanut butter cups in the middle and decorates it to look like holly leaves :)
ReplyDeleteIt wouldn't be Christmas without sugar cookies!!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite isn't really a cookie but it's easy & tastes great! I don't have a name so I'll just tell you how to do it.
ReplyDeleteLay out on a baking dish small pretzels. Place unwrapped chocolate kisses on top & then put into a oven that has been heated on the lowest setting & then turned off. Only leave in oven until kisses look "shiny". This means they are melting. Take pretzels out of oven & push a m & m down into the center of the kiss. Allow to cool slowly or they'll turn white!
After cooled pop into your mouth!
I dont really make Christmas cookies but if I did it would be snickerdoodles! Whenever I make cookies they always turn out hard so I prefer to buy them from the bakery because they are always so soft
ReplyDeleteI love peanut butter fudge - so quick and easy to make, and so delicious!
ReplyDeleteM&M cookies!
ReplyDeleteI just LOVE cookies in general!! I like oatmeal raisin a lot....and these oreo truffle things are fun! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm with you on the sugar cookies! Peanut butter is another big favourite with me!
ReplyDeleteI love making chocolate chip cookies because I love to eat them! We had a lot of fun making sugar cut out cookie last weekend too!
ReplyDeleteI love pinwheels! Dark Chocolate and white, yum yum. Fudge is good too though.

ReplyDeleteAnyone want to adopt me and make me cookies???
I like to make the roll out butter cookies with the kids and then decorate them with colored icing!
ReplyDeleteProbably peanut butter chocolate kiss cookies. Yum!
ReplyDeleteI can't cook! But my favorite ones to eat (and only at Christmas, because, really, they're kind of disgusting), my mom used to make "Bird Nest Cookies". They were cornflake cereal mixed with melted green (by food coloring dye) marshmallows and she would put 3 red hot candies in the nest.
ReplyDeleteLast time I baked, it was butterscotch cookies from a box and it was not even Christmas. Oh, and that was a long time ago.
ReplyDeleteA DVD recorder.
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite cookies to make period is Mocha Chewies. They are soooo yummy from the Cake Mix Doctor cookbook.
