Thank goodness it’s Friday. Although, I do have laundry to get to and other domestic duties on top of giveaways to post today…

Ah, who cares, right? It’s Friday and for that I rejoice.

In true Friday form, I’m joining in with Kailani at An Island Life to ask a simple question and get to know YOU better. If you’d like to play along, click the banner at the top of this post and it will take you right to today’s Aloha Friday post on her blog.

Here’s my question for the day.

If you could spend an entire day doing your favorite hobby, what would you be doing?

Me? I’d drive way up north and spend the day taking photos of the great outdoors and my little Alex taking it all in.  The leaves are just starting to change around here and I just know the photos would turn out amazingly well.

Now that I have my photos together, I need to share with you my day at Disney On Ice.

My family was given a 4-pack of tickets to go and enjoy the show. We were all so excited and I was very moved by the generous offer.

As you may know, there are only 3 of us in my little family. And, according to the venue, Alex didn't need a ticket of his own since he was under 2.  The hubster and I talked it over and decided to share the 2 tickets we didn't need with a friend. My good friend just had her baby and we knew that she would appreciate being able to rest while her husband and daughter joined us for this event.

We had a wonderful time. Alex was able to enjoy his day with his family and his buddy and the hubster had another guy to talk to...kind of reassuring when he had to watch Ariel and Tinkerbell. :)

If you've never been to something like this, I encourage you to take your family. There's plenty of fun for everyone to enjoy.

Here are a few of my favorite photos from this event:
